Gm peeps, it’s Andy Pringle here, and I’m absolutely pumped to be at the helm of YOM!
You might know (or get to know) me as the guy who’s been blazing trails in the Growth/Startup, Tech & Media, Venture Capital and B2B sectors for the past 25 years. My journey’s taken me from building businesses from the ground up to diving headfirst into the world of tokens back in 2017, both personally vested in some other projects as well as with my own projects.
I’ve been heading the Martians Vs Roughnecks team over the past years, where we’ve been doing some seriously cool stuff with 3D UE5 Animation, building IP and NFT collections. It was from this project — about 18 months ago, that I got very excited what the YOM team had been working on and what YOM could potentially offer us a partner in the space. Seeing all of the opportunities of the YOM decentralized physical infrastructure network (DePIN) network, I have been given the honor of pushing it forwards!
So, what’s the game plan at YOM under my watch? Hold onto your hats, yommies and tokens, because we are revolutionizing how brands and intellectual properties connect with their audiences. We’ve already got this crazy DePIN network architecture that can deliver extremely cheap pixelstreaming and many already tools & pipelines that are already fully operational!
In my somewhat not-so-unbiased (😉) opinion, this is going to flip the script on GPU access, open up mind-blowing opportunities for brands to engage with people in ways you’ve never even dreamed of. But also (most importantly), will give gamers the opportunity to make a lot of money. In short, this is the real deal; the 3D internet that was promised to us 🚀.
My focus? Building an unstoppable team that’s all about collaboration, dynamism, and pushing boundaries. I’m all about creating an environment where innovation isn’t just encouraged — it’s the norm. We’re not just planning to play in the customer/GPU space; we’re going to dominate it.
This next chapter at YOM? It’s going to be off the charts. We’re talking ground-breaking, trend-setting, and barrier-shattering stuff. I’m ready to navigate through this wild tech landscape, and I’m inviting you to join me for the ride.
